This plugin is a little fun plugin called GrapplingHook! In this plugin players will be able to climb mountains or be spies! Anything that comes to your imagination.

COMMANDS:
There is only one command!
/ghook
It enables and disables the grappling hook.

PERMISSION NODES:
Lucky for you server owners there is only one permission node!
grapplinghook.use
It lets players use the grappling hook.

CRAFTING RECIPE:
There is currently no recipe but one will be added soon!
The grappling hook is just a fishing rod for now.

Small tip.
Get the location of the fishing rood hook once it impacts with a block.
Once you have that location set the players velocity in that direction to that location.
This would make for a much less buggy and more realistic grappliing hook effect. Rather than setting the players location to what ever block the player is looking at.

"A little buggy" Every single throw you did it bugged out. I would reccomend actually making it less buggy before bringing it out to the public.

There is a better way to make this grappling hook plugin and make the player actually get thrown to where the hook lands. While I was making my 3DMG plugin for my server I came across a grappling hook method (similar to what you are trying to achieve) while I was experimenting. If you want the source code for it I can send it to you and if you want to see my 3D Maneuver Gear Plugin on my server, tell me so I can show you it (but I am not showing you the source code or giving the jar for that plugin).

Must say, Setblings plugin seems to blow this out of the water somewhat. That said, I apreciate the effort the OP no doubt put into this none the less.
