how to download:
1.unzip minecraft.jar
2.delete minecraft.jar (NOT the unziped one)
3. rename the minecraft.jar folder to minecraft.jar
4.go to lang and put files in
5.replace languages.txt
6.Done

its pretty easy just to edit a lang open it in textedit/notepad,
but its hard if you want to make a whole new lang, first go to languages.txt in minecraft.jar,
copy a text from any lang, and name it like TDA copy a english lang, then open it then edit
