What's the difference of a texture mod, and a re-texturing? It is not a mod.

A modification, used in reference to video games. A variation of a game's engine and graphics to create a new game. This changes the graphics yes, but if it only changes the graphics, it is a RE-TEXTURING. HE DIDN'T WRITE CODE FOR THIS. THEREFORE, IT IS NOT A MOD.
