LandBuy

Description

LandBuy is a robust Minecraft plugin for Paper that allows players to purchase plots of land from the server. This plugin offers a seamless way for ordinary players to purchase land from the server in a way that prevents others from messing with their property.

Currently, LandBuy is still in beta. While it doesn't yet have everything that is planned, it performs its basic functions.

Technical

LandBuy stores display names, owners, and prices in its own configuration file, but uses WorldGuard for the backend to actually protect and store regions. Worldguard region names are generated as part of an internal ID system, so they won't clash with existing regions. For monetary transactions, LandBuy simply withdraws from a player's Vault balance.


Permissions

LandBuy comes with two permissions. landbuy.land.own gives access to buying and selling land, while landbuy.land.admin gives permission to view and modify other people's land.


Commands

1. Normal user commands (landbuy.land.own):

• /land select: Start off by selecting a region
  
• /land buy: Buy the region currently selected
  
• /land sell [​name]: Sell a plot of land back to the server

1. Admin commands (landbuy.land.admin):

• /lbadmin list [​player]: List all plots of land owned by a specified player
  
• /lbadmin listall: List all registered plots of land, along with owners
  
• /lbadmin del [​player] [​land name]: Delete a plot of land with a specified display name belonging to a specified player
  
• /lbadmin del [​region ID]: Delete a plot of land based on the specified region ID
