Hey guys, today I bring you my lapis torch mod! This mod adds a new torch thats made out of lapis lazuli blocks.

INSTALLATION:
1) Download my mod and ModLoader
2) Follow instructions on ModLoader page to install it
3) un-zip my mod and copy everything inside it
4) go to your minecraft.jar ( I tell you how in the description ) and paste everything in there
5) delete META_INF ( VERY IMPORTANT!!!! )
6) Enjoy!

HOW TO GET TO YOUR MINECRAFT.JAR

On a mac:
Go to your home folder, go to Library, Application Support, minecraft, bin, and there is your mine craft.jar!

On a PC:
Open up %appdata%, if you don't know how to do this, start>run, then type in %appdata%
Browse to .minecraft/bin

CRAFTING:
G = stick S = lapis lazuli block * = nothing

You Get 9 torches for each block since a block is 9 lapis!

can u help me change your code a little to make it the same recipe but with cobblestone on top of stick?

it can yield 2 torches...

I would like to upload something liek that but I have forgot how to do this...

I already made the newtorch.png for it I just need the code... Could you help?

Ok, made the crafting recipe give you 9 torches, 1 for each lapis

kk cool, but can you put my second idea? Is that even possible?
Also, another idea- you could make another torch, made of diamond blocks, you get 9 again and it is so bright, that it sets mobs on fire, like the sun.

good idea but two things
1. why is the wood blue?
2. it should make like 4 torches cus a block is kinda expensive for when you first start

Make it give you nine, and make it so if you walk 20 blocks away, they go back into your inventory if you can.
