thats cool but make a new texture for the glass since all you did was make a simple block with a .setlightvalue integer on it pls make it a bit more interesting? :D

I thought of doing that, but then people would have had to download a custom texture pack so that the block wouldn't show as a purple

no you dont cus if your using modloader (you REALLY should be) all you need to do is add this simple piece of code : modloader.addOverride("terrain.png", "YourBlock.png" if you just put the picture straight into the .jar :P so really easy to do just neeed modloader which would make your mod more compatable with other mods
