Direct downloads for seeds: 0 to 25 can be found here. Minecraft madness is a data pack made for Minecraft 1.13+. It randomizes loot tables and recipes. Simply run the randomize.py file after unzipping, by opening and running it in a python run program or on windows, go to the directory inside the command prompt and run: python randomize.py <seed> <world> the seed and world options are optional so python randomize.py works too.

Yeah, somehow that happened. The randomizer can't be downloaded, the google drive download (with the pre-generated data packs) still works
