The seeds 0 to 25 can be downloaded here. This data pack for minecraft 1.13+ randomizes the recipe results. Also downloadable in combination with random loot tables at this link.
The source code can be found at the github page.

I HAVE FOUND THE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM!!!

What many people have tried to do is take the download and just pop it into the datapack folder. That, however, does not work! Here's what you must do:

                    1. Go into the random-recipes folder
                    2. Double-click on the 'randomize.py' file
                    3. When you do that, you should see a file called random_recipes.zip (if this works for you, skip step 4)
                    4. If this did not work for you, go back to the random-recipes.zip file and extract it, then go back to step 1 with the file that is NOT zipped.
                    5. drag the random_recipes.zip file to your computer
                    6. Go back to your datapacks folder and drag the random_recipes.zip file in there.
                    7. Go to your world and enable cheats, then do /datapack list! It should be there!

P.S. I would recommend keeping the random-recipes file because it may be important!
I'm not the expert, I was just trying to find the solution and I eventually did!

Data packs were added in the 1.13 update. That makes it impossible to make a data pack for any pre 1.13 version. This data pack only randomizes the vanilla recipes, if the mod has a recipes you could copy-paste them into the randomizer but that requires a bit of knowledge about how the randomizer works.

                    Я скачал и закинул 2 файла в datapack + у меня не работает. Это связано с версией майнкрафта:? я заходил и с 1.13 и с 1.16.

You are probably not familiar with python, so you want to use one of the pregenerated data packs. You can use the drive download button to get to these. Here is explained how to install datapacks: https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Tutorials/Installing_a_data_pack

First make sure you use the pregenerated datapack. If you indeed are using the pregenerated datapack you just put the file in the datapacks folder of your world and run the /reload command.

If you know how to work with python you could download the data pack generator. If you are not, you can download one of the 26 pre-generated data packs. You can google how to use data packs in minecraft.

No, it uses the standard minecraft recipes and shuffles them, you could add a recipe if you have the recipe file, but I don't think forge supports recipes for mods imported by data packs. (I could be wrong but it probably doesn't work) If you're using forge you could google for a mod that randomizes the recipes. I hope I helped you out?

First you press on 'Download Data Pack' (obviously). Now you extract the .ZIP file you've just downloaded and execute the 'randomize.py' file and a new .ZIP file is created (it is called the same but is 212kb of size). Now the only thing left to do is placing THIS .ZIP into your world folder under 'datapacks' and run your minecraft world.

If you have python installed on your mac, you go to the terminal and use the cd commmand to go to the map with the randomize.py file. Then you simply type: python randomize.py <seed>

My minecraft world seed. Also, in case I am able to execute the file, where would I find a "world file". Thanks, and my apologies for bothering you.

Well first of all "cd" means change directory, but if you're unfamiliar with the terminal I would advice you to download one of the pregenerated data packs (see link in the data pack description). I recommend reading this page as answer to how you install a data pack on any computer.

I don't think you mean download, because that's not that hard. You just press the large button "DOWNLOAD DATA PACK" and press "ok". If you search for a generated data pack and not the generator then take a look here and download one of the 26 files and put the file in the data pack folder that can be found at: %appdata%/.minecraft/saves/WORLD NAME/datapacks, then simply use the command /reload to load the data packs in the datapack folder.
