Updating to 1.16.5, and fully implementing the finished reactor state + fixing a few bugs.

It doesn't

I don't have plans to update this to future versions of java or to bedrock, it's been like 3 years.

I might do a remake in fabric without using mcreator as coding practice, but'd that still be for java.
