That is a config option, default it has a smelting option if the config is off then you will be able to craft. sorry for the late reply I've been very busy with school.

I am the main code writer for the mod, Abter104 Is a artist/ idea maker, and Screamer2001 is the artist for the mod. On Curse only me and Abster104 is registered soon Screamer2001 will be registered as part of the mod.
