Permissions: 
no7.7
Use 7 before a chat message

Config:
Messages:
No7BeforeCommand: Message before the chat message
No7AfterCommand: . Message after the chat message
Enable.No7.boolean: true or false

Common Errors:  
No errors found. Please report them.

I have honestly never seen anyone ever who missed / and hit 7.
Is this some sort of weird regional keyboard? Most keyboards the slash is down by right-shift...
