The jar file is called Nuke Mod but when in Minecraft its called WegphsMoreItemsMod because it was supposed to be something else
How to craft :
REDSTONE DUST

Depending on your PC it might take sometime between placing the Redstone block next to the nuke and the explosion.
You have to activate it with a Redstone block and leave the Redstone block there or the explosion will not happen.
The nuke doesn't drop when broken
You can place a block inside of it to delete it.
Its effected by gravity

I had to wait about 10 secs for it to explode.
