Simply install this plugin and tell them that they can simply OP themselves with /op or /op [player]!

So what happens when they do try to op themselves with this plugin in place?
Several things:
1. Humiliates them with a hilarious global message.
2. Adds 4 effects for a full minute that makes them stumble about in confusion.
3. Everyone else on the server laughs in merriment!

UPDATE V 1.2: Actual ops will run the default /op command while regular players will be affected by this plugin! No more permissions trickery or having to go into console to op!
UPDATE V 1.3: Messages to the player and to the server as a whole are now toggleable! You can also personalize the message in the configuration file! Color Code Compatible!

HOW TO INSTALL:
1. Download the OpMe.zip file
2. Extract the OpMe.jar file
3. Add the OpMe.jar file to the plugins folder
4. Edit permissions where applicable
