Hello this is clui6, This is my first mod and I'm only 13 so no saying its crap >.>

This mod currently includes:
4 new gem ores
3 new ores
Refined granite for nice floors :)
raw gems that are smeltable into flawless gems.
gem enchanted tools except shovels!
Bronze tools
A few crafting recipes

The Gems power you may ask? a normal diamond tool has 1.3k uses
Emerald enchanted diamond tools: 2k uses
Ruby enchanted: 3k uses
Sapphire enchanted: 5k uses
And onyx enchanted: a total of 10k uses
But onyx is extremely rare (rarer than diamond).

How to install:
Download modloader.
WARNING: Too Many Items must be installed AFTER you install this mod.
CLOSE MINECRAFT!
Extract Oretastic.zip to a folder called Oretastic
Open minecraft.jar with winwar, dump the modloader class files in.
Open minecraft, close it.
Open minecraft.jar with winwar again, Dump the contents of the Oretastic folder in the jar.
Open minecraft. Your good to go! have fun!
You may now install tmi if you wish!

My modloader works but this mod i screwing up my minecraft. Am i missing something, becausse i extracted to a folder, turned mc on before putting ore mod in and did not have too many items installed before hand?

i did do that, i turn it on to activate the modloader, turn it off to install ore mod and when i turn it back on, it crashes

No, it was a clear minecraft jar except for modloader.

Ah i made a mistake, dump modloader files in, THEN start minecraft so modloader can edit the files, THEN dump oretastic in while minecraft is closed. Try that.
