Pixelmon Esssentials

Requires Custom NPCs June 22nd snapshot
Despite appearances, it's only needed server side.

Adds some useful features for adventure map/server creation such as:
-Spawnsets that you can link multiple spawners to
-A command to remotely edit already placed spawners
-Spawner data that works for specific times of the day
-Adds pixelmon-specific custom npcs quests like having specific types/species in your party, dex progress, or defeating certain Pokémon
-Adds the possibility to create custom rules presets to use for NPC trainers
-Allows to set up trainers based on NPCs from Custom NPCs, and have them start a battle upon seeing a player
-Set up trainers by loading pastes from external files
-Have quests be completable by defeating a trainer set up with Pixelmon Essentials
