Well now you can with this easy plugin, its as simple as typing a command! The are based on your skin, this image will show you where to put your own: (note the 'EARS' section in the top middle)

Hey...I think it would be cool if when you do the /flip command it reverses your name it would be funny because the people that have a name backwords would have a forwards name. So your name would be Wilson as use for private servers
