This is a very simple and lightweight plugin. All it does is drop a playerhead
when that person is killed. It can be configured to drop every time you die (regardless of the reason)
Or only when killed in PVP. You are also able to set how rare a drop is. 
0 will always drop a head, while 1 will only have 50% chance of dropping one.(respects if Environment is enabled or not)

Features:
- When a player is killed in PvP(Player VS Player) They will have a low chance to drop a playerhead

Known issues/incompabilities:
- None
(Let me know when you find any)

Planned:
- Add a config. (Done)
- Add custom death messages.

- Cleaned up code
- Added config
- Added option to set the chance of dropping playerhead
- Added option to disable/enable to drop a playerhead if killed by the envirement.
- Added reloadable config. (Must have playerheads.reload or be OP)

V1.1
- Added a logger. (This shows what happens in the console)
- No longer drops a head on every death. Only playerkills
- Added a % chance to drop. being randomly generated trough a number out of 17

Its not a mod :p its a plugin. The bukkit API doesn't change much over time.
