[Plugin] Custom Broadcast

Have you always wanted to broadcast messages to your server in your own unique way?

Commands:

• br                         - The main command, opens the menu
  
• br <message>  -  Send a message to the server!
  
• br reload            -  Reload the plugin without restarting your server!
  

Permissions:

• custombroadcast.send    - Permission to send broadcasts
  
• custombroadcast.reload - Permission to reload the config file
