What this plugin does is make spawning fireworks a lot easier with spawning it at a players location, cordinates, and making packs for fireworks if you want to spawn the same one a lot.

Permissions
cworks.use - Permission for "/cworks" and "/cpworks"
If you want me to add anything like the option for a firework to go off during a specific thing (kinda like the login one which isn't 100% working right now) just comment it
