Want to be able to fire an awesome laser than can kill entities?

Then this is the plugin for you!

This plugin adds a laser gun to the game that allows you to kill entities with!
It's really fun to play with even if you dont have deadly intents.

Sorry if I sound really dumb, but is there a difference between a plugin and a mod, or are they just different terms?

Np, its ok.
A plugin goes on a bukkit server and uses what's already in the game to create new things.
A mod goes on the client and directly adds new things to the game such as textures, mobs, and particles.

can it have a cool down? and is used by rightclicking a gold sword... and you dont need commands

Cooldowns are tricky... what do you have in mind?
I might add right click support.

e.g. faction... is kinda getting old ... if people had powers etc it would be more fun... if their were weapons ... like a left clicking a bow would shote that laser (cool down of 20 secs) and that gravity gravity gun... right click with diamond sword  (cool down of 2 mins)
