This mod enables you to craft tools (Sword, Shovel, Pickaxe, Axe and Hoe) in your 2x2 crafting grid but at a cost. You have to have a wooden version of the tool to signify what tool you want to quick craft. In the picture below there are examples of the mod making stone tools. You can also make Iron, Gold and Diamond tools this just replace the cobble in recipe with the desired ore. You cant use wooden tools that have being used. They must new and untouched!

It is useful when you are in a mine or in combat. You can quickly craft a tool instead of going to a crafting table. E.g. Your fighting a creeper and you hit him back but your Iron sword breaks. If you have 1 wooden sword and two Iron Ingots you can quickly get a new sword and own that creeper.

It also does't cheat the game because you must of at least made a crafting table to get a wooden item since you cant craft any wooden tools in your 2x2 grid. Also a normal Stone Pickaxe is equal to - half of a Wooden Plank (2 sticks) and 3 Cobble to craft in a crafting table. If you quick craft you need and wooden pickaxe (3 and a half Wooden Planks) and 3 Cobble. So quick crafting costs more wood to craft but you can do it anywhere.

i like this mod because when I don't have a crafting table and I'm somewhere in a cave and i need a better sword i can just do that :D
