Rain Detector Block

I made a Rain Detector in Vanilla last week and someone told me about the predicate argument. To my surprise I learned that this argument can only be used with the execute command if you're running a datapack that has predicates. So being a single command that does what my Vanilla Rain Detector does made no sense, to me. It can't be used without a datapack.

This inspired me to make a single block that detects and clears the rain. It also displays a message in the chat to confirm. This mod uses the NeoForge loader and is strictly for version 1.21.1. Simply go to your Redstone Tab in the Creative menu, grab the block, and place it anywhere rain occurs. Enjoy.
