It does need to be corrected a bit because I did get wiped out, but because I have a mac, if I have a backup minecraft.jar I can just use that and delete the old one. But I do have to install ALL of my mods over again...

I find than offensive because my brother posted that and I have installed very advanced mods that not a lot of people can install. I know more than most people at my age so get off my back.

You don't have to have that happen if you copy .minecraft to some other directory, if you screw something up, you can just use that copy

I am aware of this but I didnt Save for a reason. i had to many worlds i didnt use and they were making minecraft take longer to launch so i took the oppertunity and wiped my minecraft.

u need modloader and its pretty simple just drag and drop the files from the mod into the minecraft.jar and make sure you delete META-INF

yeah sorry about that. let me start at the start, I wasnt the one to post that comment. my brother did but he didnt log out of my account first when he did it so sorry about that, and it didnt wipe my worlds he we didnt have the 1.7.3 mod loader installed. the one we had was out of date. again i apologise for my brother's behaviour.
