it has benn a long time (running out of ideas) , but i made another program : MinecraftServerBackupTool
what it does: -create backups of a world in a set interval
-create single backups
-save all settings in a textfile
-do the same things with a singleplayer world
-detect if a folder is actually a minecraft save by looking for level.dat
-as usual a 64bit version is included since the program involves copying large files
this is extremely useful if you have a public server on your computer and want to be one step ahead of griefers, or if you just want to make a backup of you singleplayerworld
Installation:
to install it you just drag it in the same folder as your minecraft_server.jar (as shown in a picture) and launch it, or put in in your saves folder in %appdata%.minecraft
If you have any ideas for a future program, please let me know in the comments, i'm sure there are some good ideas out there, of course i will answer any comment containing an idea :D
before asking a question please check if it has been answered before - thank you
FAQ:
-will there be a mac version -> nope
-where is the downloadlink -> look for a link called FileMirror
