This is a small Skript script that modifies the game so every ten times you break a block, a random mob will spawn. Watch out cause it is only hostile mobs! To use this, you need to download and move the Skript plugin in your server's Plugins folder and then run the command /skript reload randomMob.sk. Enjoy!
