install ModLoader

install AudioMod

unzip Snow Leopard mod Folder

copy the SnowLeopardsounds Folder paste in /.minecraft/resources/mod/sound

copy all in the Folder paste in /.minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar


and have fun :-]
