Spawner Fixes Minecraft Mod
- Break an existing spawner for a 10% chance of dropping a spawner fragment
- Craft a spawner using 8 Spawner fragments in a chest format

The Soul Gatherer Enchantment

- Enchant a sword with Soul Gatherer to add a slight chance of any mob dropping its spawn egg
- A rare Treasure Enchantment obtainable by loot chests
- This Enchantment has 8 tiers, for better odds
