This old mod of mine from 1.10 adds in a Spooky Skeletons Boss
Setup:
Extract the 'bosses 1-0' function into your structures folder
Run Minecraft and enter your world.
/give @p structure_block
Place it down
Cycle to the 'Load' menu and enter 'bosses 1-0'
Click Load twice

Now that the System has appeared in front of you;
Click the button on the side, to initiate
Spawn:
To spawn the Skeletons, place a cross of lapis blocks on the ground and an armour stand on top
Be prepared, this isn't an easy fight
