oh a great mod idea! when you put 9 enderpearls together it makes an ender block that you can teleport between vi somekind of numbering of the block or something.
if you think about it endermen can teleport. :D
this was gonna be the first mod i made but im still learning to code.

um...... its a good idea but i suggest making them able to be crafted out of wood stone iron gold and diamond and not making them one hit kill..... trust me it will make your mod a lot better :) and maybe a fire staff or something to do with magic ... idk just some advice from your friendly neighborhood Hero of time
