he mean that in swedesh we say p12 to people that just plays on peaceful or like trying to be funny every second and that is kinda teenager in sweden so yeah he didnt mean that for us that is engles he means that for the swedesh guys

What do you mean peaceful is just for 12 ages? Its for evryone that not want a creeper blowing up your nice front door! Or wired sounds on night for those that not know about the bed.
