TeamInfo[FORGE][1.7.10] Send your stats to your friends in realtime!

TeamInfo allows you to send your heath data, armour data, etc to friends which you add. If you accept a friend request, both users get the others information sent to them on a semi-constant basis. This information is then updated in a GUI, which you can click drag to tother portions of the screen. I've made a YouTube video explaining how this works:
