Hello everyone first off I want too say My friend ZombieInABox Helped me with this (The Ideas)
Ok So this mod adds 6 new item to the game:

Stick Of Dynamite
Dynamite With Extended Fuze (has twice the fuze length)
Sticky Dynamite (Sticky)
Bundled Dynamite (Three times the power as normal)
Bundled Sticky Dynamite (Same as bundled Dynamite but sticky)
Bundled Dynamite With Extended Fuze (Same as bundled Dynamite but Longer Fuze)

Needs ModLoader!

Could you try to make a mod that makes the dispensers work as TNT cannons?

(dispenser shoots primed TNT entity a longer distance than normal items)
