Timber Mod V2.0

Ever wanted to chop your wood faster? Than this is the perfect Mod for you! Sneak while you are holding your axe and break a log. All the logs above the breaked log will fall down. This method works with all Axes! A message shows you that the Timber-Mode is activated.

Installation:

  • Manual - Installation:
    1. Download the Mod Files
    2. Unzip the Mod Files (Winrar, 7zip, ...)
    3. Go to "Timber - Mod V2.0/data"
    4. Press "Windows-Key" + "r"
    5. Type in "%appdata%" and press "Enter"
    6. Go to ".minecraft/saves/YOURSAVENAME/data"
    7. Copy "Timber - Mod V2.0/data/*" to ".minecraft/saves/YOURSAVENAME/data/*"

  • Automatic - Installation:
    1. Download the Mod Files
    2. Unzip the Mod Files (Winrar, 7zip, ...)
    3. Go to "Timber - Mod V2.0/"
    4. Execute "Install Timber V2.0.bat"
    5. Follow the instructions





Timber Mod V1.0

Ever wanted to chop your wood faster? Than this is the perfect Mod for you! Craft yourself the Timber - Axe and cut the Trees. Just throw a diamond and an Iron Axe on the ground and you get the Timber - Axe. It breaks all the logs of a tree.


Crafting the Timber - Axe:


Just throw a diamond and an Iron - Axe on the ground and then you get the magical Axe.




Chopping Wood:


Break a log with the Timber - Axe and all the logs above the breaked log will fall down.

I think it would be wise and reasonable to make the durability fair,
here is how:
instead of reducing durability according to the one needed block of wood you had to destroy to destroy the rest of the tree,
your axe is reducing durability for the rest of the wood blocks on the tree as if you dug it normally

I'm confused. Do I need to download Forge for this; if so which one? Or do I use just normal Minecraft? Ver.1.12? And how do I activate the mod?

Also when I try to unzip the file it says I need to install Functions, what is that and how do I install it?

The problem would be that you couldn't use the normal axes for building anymore. So when you would break a log of a wood house, it would be completely destroyed.

You could have it work if the player is crouching, You could also add a title to the bottom of the screen saying it's activated.
