A small, simple convenience mod that adds a /tpp command to teleport players between dimensions!

Syntax:
/tpp [<player>] <dimension> <x> <y> <z>
/tpp [<player>] <player|entity> (since 1.0.1.0)
(when omitted, the player is assumed to be the one executing the command)

added a very important feature: teleporting directly to another player or entity without having to know their coordinates!

Could we add an option to make this?
/tpp <player> <player> [dimension]
This would get the second player's coordinates, and, if [dimension] was not given, teleport them to the dimension of the other player.
