This mod is difficult to demonstrate with screenshots because its main features are interactive. Copying, moving, rotating, flipping and positioning structures are best understood by using the Building Tool in-game. A demonstration video may be added later.

UrdaVarg Simplified Building is a lightweight and accessible building mod for Minecraft 1.20.4 Fabric.

The mod makes it easy to select, copy, move, rotate, flip and delete structures directly in the world. Everything is controlled visually with a dedicated Building Tool. There are no commands to remember and no external programs are required.

Features:

  • Select an area using two points.

  • Copy complete structures.

  • Move structures without leaving the original behind.

  • Position the hologram with the mouse wheel.

  • Lock movement to the X, Y or Z axis.

  • Rotate and flip the hologram before placement.

  • Confirm placement by right-clicking in the air.

  • Delete blocks inside a selection or hologram with the Delete key.

  • Clear unfinished selections and holograms.

  • Dedicated Building Tool and creative inventory tab.

  • Configurable controls through Minecraft’s keybind settings.

  • Standalone mod with no dependency on other UrdaVarg mods.

To move a structure, mark it with the Building Tool and press M. Adjust the hologram’s position, rotation or orientation, then right-click in the air to confirm. The structure is safely buffered before the original area is cleared and rebuilt at its new location.

This mod is difficult to demonstrate with screenshots because its main features are interactive. Copying, moving, rotating, flipping and positioning structures are best understood by using the Building Tool in-game. A demonstration video may be added later.
