This minecraft fabric mod overhauls the visuals of certain vanilla blocks.
Currently, it overhauls the Jukebox, the Brewing Stand, and the Furnace, but more blocks are to follow.
If enabled, it will also color items based on the current biome, which looks super dope.

Is it Clientside-only?
The latest version adds a client-only way of getting the record in the jukebox.
The biome-colored items are also completely clientside.
For the other overhauls however, there is no way of making them work clientside only.

If you want to use this mod, make sure you've enabled the included resourcepacks in the resourcepack selection screen!

This looks pretty neat. I'll probably fork it to get it working on Forge (I need those Optifine shaders, after all), but I'll definitely be merging any updates you release. Keep up the good work!

You can also use shaders on fabric using optifabric. It has incompatibilities with certain mods, but it's better than nothing. Fabric also has snapshot support, and with optifine replacements like Iris being a thing, it's even possible to get shaders on snapshots. So after all I'd say fabric is better for shaders. You can of course port it to forge, the licence allows it, but it won't receive support in any form from me.
