How it works:

• all crystals have ores that spawn seamlessly with various rates
• ores begin "budding" into large crystals that eventually become crystal blocks.
• crystal blocks begin budding themselves into more crystals that become more crystal blocks.
• once there are 15 crystal blocks max in an area, they stop growing. Not all crystals grow.

• Break the ore to get Specimens
• Break the clusters to get Pocket Stones
• JEI enabled for recipes
