Wildcamps

Wildcamps adds abandoned campsites to Minecraft's world generation. As you explore, you'll come across small camps left behind in the wild, each built to fit the biome it spawns in. The goal is to make exploration feel a little more lived-in without changing how the game plays.

What it adds

• Over 300 handcrafted campsite variants spread across 16 biomes
• Camps tailored to each biome, including the Pale Garden and the Nether's Crimson and Warped Forests
• Many camps contain a chest or barrel with loot themed around the biome it was found in

Supported biomes

Forest, Flower Forest, Birch Forest, Dark Forest, Cherry Grove, Taiga, Snowy Taiga, Jungle, Bamboo Jungle, Savanna, Swamp, Mangrove Swamp, Wooded Badlands, Pale Garden, Crimson Forest, and Warped Forest.

Compatibility

• Every camp is built from vanilla blocks, so players don't need the mod installed to see them on a server that has it
• Camps only generate in newly explored chunks; existing areas in your world are left untouched
• No new blocks or items are added, and no existing world generation is removed or overwritten
