Wool Effects [1.6.2] [Plugin]

**NOTE: This is a server side mod (A plugin). It is to be used on servers, not single player.**
This plugin gives potion effects to players when they step on different colored wools. You can use "/wool" to get a list of all effective wools and their effects. You can decide who is affected by each wool in the configuration. The purpose of this plugin is extended fun on servers. It expands the number of possibilities with obstacle courses, booby traps, and typical builds. There is a wide variety of both positive and negative potion effects from the wools.

**NOTE: The level you set each effect at in the config is not limited. EX: Jump set to level 50 will send you over 100 blocks into the air.**
Permissions:
**NOTE: Admins have all permissions by default**
wooleffects.list - The use of /wool to see all of the effective wools and their effects.
