to download go herefor the GLSL shaders mod but first go hereand download the latest forge installer. then download the GLSL shaders mod and choose the forge profile in the new minecraft launcher and go to options then shaders then open shader packs folder and drag the shader u want in there and voila! done!

1st.- download Forge, it has it's own installer
2nd.- download GLSL and put it in your mods folder
3rd.- play Minecraft with Forge
4th.- go to options and click "shaders"
5th.- click "open shader folder" and put it there
