pretty sure you have to put it in a folder with a specific name. try looking up a tutorial bc I forgot the name but it's not there by default so you'll have to create one.

For anyone wondering about how to get the Santa hat in the photo you can't get it in the heropack. I am an Optifine donator and Optifine gave me the hat and I cannot take it off in 1.7.10. And I took that photo so yeah, I had it on when I was taking it.
