I know that most people are of the opinion that you should always use as many different blocks as possible, for example to simulate textures and structures. But I don't think so. I don't like a wild mix of blocks. If you concentrate on a few main blocks, the details come out much better in my opinion, because the eye then recognizes that they are not part of the main structure, but represent something special. I also like that you didn't try to depict ropes with spider webs. I know that almost everyone does it that way, but I just can't get on board with it, because the texture of these looks too much like spider webs and not like ropes. I find the fence variant very appealing and really hope that the other judges see it the same way, because then you should be in third or second place.
