Stairs, which are pushing themselves to your legs to not fall in lava under it. Bur, backwards it works only if you`re sprinting. For versions 1.16+, but replace blackstone (my almost favorite block), to use it on 1.12+

Now you can go down without falling in the lava, also made schematic more accurate.
