This is a modern build that is a simple pool house. It includes a modern Kitchen, Dinning room, Living room, and 1 bedroom. The kitchen has a state of the art spatula with a convection next to it. The plot of land is about 35,920 square feet including the fence. The lawn is large and lime colored "grass." There are 2 electric fire places, a patio table, and much much more.
