If you plan on building modern the best pack to use would be Soartex Fanver. Many say Flows HD is the way to go but Soartex has much higher quality textures and better color/light maps.

I preffer modern HD :P and second thing - I didn't make these pics, I don't have shaders and the guy who took pics hasnt told me what texture he have.
