A snowy aesthetic of a build... well it's modern but there's so much more dark oak planks everywhere, and now including the dark oak trapdoors everywhere. Used some glowstone as a combination with the sea lanterns to balance the lighting of the house & its colors.
Also, the back of the house looks like it's stuck within the ice, only seeing the 2nd-3rd floor rather than the 1st which is part of the design.
The interior has 2 bedrooms with it's own small bathrooms, a garage, kitchen, bamboos everywhere, and the 3rd floor would be the pool, the mini jacuzzi consisting with a small sauna & an area where you could relax within an umbrella consisting of a campfire & a lot of chairs.
