I didn't expect to be back 0_0

In this update I decided to add a shelter 76 for now it is not possible to get into the shelter itself :(
New version of the texture pack with my additions and fixes!
Support for 1.21!
And a few secret changes...

also, how come the vault thing which faces down near spawn teleports you? I can remember it having ladders when i played this back on my ps3.
