This is a flush 9-button keypad that can fit a 10th button on the bottom. It outputs a different signal strength based on the button pushed. The optional 0 button works as 10, because otherwise 0 would be indistinguishable from no button at all. As built the signal outputted is 1 higher than the button number, making it perfect for modern combination locks, such as the one made by CraftyMasterman. If you want individual outputs rather than signal strength, just hook it up to any redcoder (not included).
I built 3 versions of the circuitry.
The 1st, which is the most compact, has 4 ticks of delay after any button. The 2nd is 1 tick fast, having only 3 ticks of delay, but is 1 block larger on the back. The 3rd, which is my favorite, is the same speed as the 2nd, but is a block larger on part of the right side instead of the back.
