This is a project I have been working  on, that contains an automatic gate. This gate is 3 blocks high and can be extended to an unlimitied amount sideways. I thought that having 3 by 3 gates only as a little bit small so I invented this sort of gate which, as I said before, does not have any limits on its size going sideways. If you have any questions about how to extend this project or if there are any bugs, please let me know in the comments. If you liked this project or thought it was a good idead, pls rate.

Just curious, what's the advantage of all that redstone stuff you got down there in the pics I see? Why not just have redstone straight to the pistons, then let the gravel fall so that it replenishes?

It is quite an easy system i have created, it is to make one set of pistons act twice. The pistons you see on the left are there to stop the redstone from going further after the lever is pushed. Once you switch the lever again to turn everything off, this piston will move back again, allowing the redstone to keep going. I have put down a varios number of repeaters so that the second mechanism will not interfear the first one. I hope this helped you a little bit understanding it.
