Hi!
I created a fully automated, redstone and command block-based Mastermind in Minecraft!
(What is Mastermind ?)
Try to guess a randomly generated code of 4 colored blocks using 6, 7, 8 or 9 different colors ! (1296, 2401, 4096 or 6561 possible codes!)
It uses the latest snapshots' redstone technology ;) : /testforblocks, /clone and /fill commands, as well as /setblock, /testfor and the scoreboard to achieve a pretty compact (and lag-proof) redstone/command block circuit :)
It features :
• Intuitive 1-button board :
Place your 4-block guess and click!
• Fast and automated random code generator (and reset of the board)!
- 6, 7, 8 or 9 colors, 4-block code
- A given color can be used any number of times in the code
(You can have something like blue-red-red-blue or 4 times green)
• Hint system just like the original game! It tells you :
- How many colors in the correct position (black skull)
- How many correct but misplaced colors (white skull)
(Hints do not tell you which are the correct blocks!)
• Timer
• Win / Game Over detection
• Titles, messages, sounds and visual effects
- Beautiful animated titles and messages telling you the state of the game (reset, win, incomplete guess, etc.)
- Fireworks matching the colors of the code when you win!
- Jump twice to reset at the end of the game! (not tested in multiplayer, please report bugs if any)
- Find the chicken sounds ;)
• Multiplayer mode
- Play with your friends ! Choose the secret code manually and try to trick your friends!
- Same 1-button design as classical solo mode
- Dynamic change of the game scene based on the selected mode (solo or multiplayer)
- Fireworks still adapt to the code!
• Hours of fun for puzzle lovers!

(PS : The texture pack used in the screenshots is a mix of Coterie Craft, OCD and CodeCrafted)
Additional Notes
Opening this map in 1.7 (or less) will break the redstone system.Download it again if it happens.
If some text gets cut off by the edges of your screen, go to Options > Video Settings > GUI Scale and lower the setting (from Large to Normal for instance).

(How to install a snapshot ?)
It's at your own risk ! Snapshots are experimental versions that can contain severe bugs and possibly damage your saved worlds ! (For instance if you load a world in a snapshot and then go back to 1.7.4, you will lose all content in your inventory, chests, droppers, dispensers, flower pots, etc.) Make sure you have a backup copy of the worlds you open with them. Be careful ! ;)
